Ingredients:
- 3 liters of water
- 400g of beef rib
- 400g of beef shoulder
- 180g of onion
- 180g of carrots
- 180g of celery
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 peppercorns
- 4 cloves
Preparation:

- Storage : the most practical thing is to divide it into closed trays and store it in the freezer and defrost it when needed.
